Things don't snap on the same plain in the editor

When trying to place one block upon another in the editor, especially when editing buildings you made a while back, the blocks dont snap together. This means one block is ascue from another.

I have  encountered that too, occasionally.  I find  I have to open  inventory and   "re-equip"  the  item ...sometimes a couple of times  to get it  to "snap" into position ...also if you are too close it refuses to turn from the  red  grid  indicators to   white.

It can be a little  frustration... but then  so is   real life...  ever try to lay bricks to make a brick wall?
