Recharger energry module error/console spam

For the last day on our DS, this message has been non stop on the console

The Output_log & Output_Log_clean files are 70MBs, each

Far to big here to attach here, but its just repeated with this error:

This Error starts when the server boots up after the server registers itself .. and is repeated till shutdown. (24hrs)
