Item disappear when dragging to the Character slot

Time to time item disapear from interface, last time i just drag my proppeler on the left to the back slot but i couldn't see it anymore and it doesn't appear physicaly also. I close my session, get back in server and proppeler was where it supose. Just a visibility issue.

Just a question - is it more than just the propeller?  I ask because I've seen a lot of glitching related to the propeller, but I don't see the same problem with other things.

Thanks for the info - knowing that this happens specifically with the propeller helps.
