Fatal Login Error

When I first played Ylands I downloaded it on my desk top through my steam account. Now when I Downloaded it on my laptop where I enjoy gaming with my grandkids I get the following Error. 

FATAL DOWNLOAD ERROR OAuth/Login:code:-1 API Code: Message: Failed to receive data.

Is there no solution to this problem?..If I cant play Ylands on more then just my desktop PC then it is unplayable most of the time.
