Grouping in crafting menu? + Search options

When using the Creator Cube, items are grouped by type or theme (such as Wooden Blocks, Stone Blocks, etc).  This is very useful.  Would we be able to have something similar in the normal crafting menu?  Of course it would only show what we have unlocked, but I think the grouping would be helpful there too.

Also, has anyone suggested being able to search by ingredients, not just the name of the items?  Such as typing "iron" to see anything that uses iron in the recipe.
