hud bug and sleep on server bug

first one is obvious: i had burning torch in my inventory and effect overlapped set item count menu

second is server telling me that someone was using sleep screen even though i was alone on server. i slept a few nights well and when i tried to sleep the other time i got out of sleep choosing screen and that message appeared not allowing me to sleep

Mm I recall this happening even before this update? I'm not too sure now. Is it the fist time it happens to you?
