RESOLVED [YLD-10457] After Piloting Raft Hotkeys Inventory Won't Sometimes Reappear

The hotkeys inventory won't return after exiting the raft (could be all sea craft) and I have to double tap Tab to get it to return or get back into the raft and exit.
