RESOLVED wont play in .10

I downloaded the update .10 restarted my PC and was able to access the new update.started the tutorial and the game froze when i was sleeping in the tutorial. I quit out of game and when i restarted I was back to .09. I restarted my PC still opened in .09 I then unistalled and resintalled the game still in .09. I dont Know how to get back to . 10,   *Problem solved was a PC issue*
