If I have an item equipped to any slot from 2 to 9, then right mouse click the item in my inventory screen to make it active, the item is placed in slot #0 and removed from the other slot. It should activate in the current slot.
This also happens if I activate an item that matches something I have in one of the slots, like a food item that I have more than 1 stack.
Sometimes, when I right-click, the item will be placed in slot #0, but will not become the active item. This happens often when I try to plant seeds or put fuel in a workstation, but end up punching instead because the item didn't activate.
