Sandbox - Set the Tier of Yland & Time/Weather Commands

Seeing as my question in the General section didn't get any hits I figured it meant it isn't a current feature of the game anymore so I'll post it in the Suggestions thread.

Can we please get commands back in Sandbox mode? Especially those relating to setting time and weather.
Also, the ability to modify the Yland on creation so we can set the Tier and the day length etc.

The start time and day length can be set when you create a sandbox mode map:

For weather and changing the game hour, I usually just sleep ?

But being able to set the Tier (and maybe giving all the resources on one map in Sandbox mode) would be cool.

Didn't even see that Day Duration option! My bad. Would still be good if there was the option for infinite day or night as well though.
