handofthesly 215 Posted March 3, 2024 I already answered over in the Discord but I'll add it here in case it helps someone else here as well. This is the third part of a four part encounter. The encounters must be completed in a specific order as they give you the key to open the next one. The first is always in a cave on the same island as this tower.
