[Suggestion] A trowel for more precise terrain edits

Question

What I'm envisioning is something that would only effect a single voxel, so that the more precise terrain editing and sculpting is possible.  Its left click could dig out a single cube, and its right click could flatten a single cube similar to the shovel, but maybe flattening to the average level of its neighbors.

I know if you punch dirt it does basically what you describe, although might not be as precise as you're thinking. Also not sure if it works on other terrain types.
