[Suggestion] A trowel for more precise terrain edits

What I'm envisioning is something that would only effect a single voxel, so that the more precise terrain editing and sculpting is possible. Its left click could dig out a single cube, and its right click could flatten a single cube similar to the shovel, but maybe flattening to the average level of its neighbors.
