    Small Editor suggestion

Actually that is what I would like. When I make ships for instance I use several different entities and have them the same color. It would be awesome to choose them all and change the shade instead of choosing certain entity types....which I don't always want the same color and it forces me to de-select the entities in the same manner you mention. For instance If I have 20 grey pier pieces and 20 blue pier pieces and I want to change the shade of the blue ones but leave the grey, ctrl double clicking chooses all the pier pieces instead of the colored pieces I am trying to change. If I could choose by color as an option it would eliminate the steps of choosing all 40 and deselecting the ones I don't want to change. Perhaps a good work-around would be to choose all the entity types by ctrl double click, then have an option to only select the entities with a certain color? Sort of a happy middle ground? I dunno...again not sure how complicated the programming would be Also I rarely use groups because most of the stuff I make is for blueprint purposes and groups and welds do not blueprint. ( I tend to forget when I am using groups and it makes me go through several steps because I forgot to break the group or unweld LOL). Until they allow groups in blueprints I will avoid it.

    Small Editor suggestion

In editor we are capable of selecting all blocks and entities of the same type by holding ctrl and double clicking the left mouse button. This is quite a handy feature, and because of this a thought occurred to me. Would it be possible to select multiple entities based on their color in the same manner? I know some entities have several different colors, but what I mean is for instance if you wanted to change a certain shade of blue in multiple entity types to a certain shade of grey or red as an example. Perhaps this could be implemented with the paintbrush tool somehow in editor? Just a suggestion. Not sure how complicated the programming for that would be.

    RESOLVED Demolition hammer bug

Thanks Misa. It was short lived. I do have some of the blocks stored on my ship because I got excited when we could use them, but I figured that was the case. I am assuming we will be able to craft these soon?

    cant upload to workshop

I'd have to see some of your builds before I could offer any suggestions. See what style you like to build most, etc.

    cant upload to workshop

I encountered the same problem with objects I had removed from the workshop. Just renaming it didn't work. Best workaround is Copy and paste the entire object (ctrl C and ctrl V) then rename it. I believe it also has something to do with using a newer format for compositions

    cant upload to workshop

You actually have to do it in editor now. First you store it as a composition. You do this by selecting everything that you want in the composition (I usually just drag a box around the house, ship , etc.) On the left a menu will drop down and you just click "store composition" ....Next, click on compositions then click the composition you want to publish, then click publish to the workshop at the top. It will then ask if you want to export, click that and it will open the workshop webpage and automatically log you in there. From there you can upload screenshots, youtube links, etc.
  9. I can ask my friend that made the blueprint. See what happens.
  10. We did a blueprint on Locust 2 (public server in the arctic.) That took about 90 thousand glass Plus some iron and coal and thousands and thousands of nails. It literally took 25 minutes for the blueprint to load, BUT once we finished filling it it loads ok. Just a little lag in the area wehn you initially get to it. It's also over a massive tunnel system that connects 4 different islands. ( too many blocks to count in it but it was a blueprint made in small pieces.)
  11. I'm not sure it's a bug, and it's not just wood blocks....marble, stone, sandstone, clay, etc. I remember them saying they were simplifying crafting menu....but yeah it takes a lot more tree chopping now for the smaller blocks. Morten the Trader is a lifesaver

    RESOLVED Demolition hammer bug

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps it will be recipes we unlock through random encounters like some of the other recipes.

    A Few new ideas

Hi @Winlaen These aren't new ideas. I know many of these ideas have been mentioned to the devs (half the list I mentioned to them myself LOL) and a lot are being worked on but are on a lower priority list of things they are working on. The dev team usually has a list of goals they wish to achieve for each update and usually have a timeframe in which they want to achieve those goals. I know the next update will be concentrating on quality of life improvements for things like crafting stations, crafting menus, blueprint improvements, and adding several fixes to many player requested things. I also want to see everything you have mentioned on this list, and I am sure that once many of the high priority updates are done we will eventually see many of these types of items and animals appearing in the game. I personally have been patiently waiting for a lunchbox for several months LOL (Waited almost a year for a toolbox...but now we have them).... the bottom line is it's a lower priority item on the list of things they want to implement. Truthfully the high priority items are much more important additions to the game and I have been satisfied with the amount of time involved it takes for the dev team to implement each major change.....just have patience. I am sure many of these things you mentioned are coming and a lot more.

    Exploration Points?

I'll agree with @bobo198312 here. The pets are a cosmetic addition to the game. While they are adorable, the price tag is a bit steep for such a small feature.

    DEV ANSWER Screen resolution question.

I guess the real issue here isn't the resolution, it's the fact that steam version won't let you maximize windows when playing in windows mode.

    Exploration Points?

Unfortunately the only thing to spend the exploration points on at the moment is unlocking the mystery Ylands. I understand what you mean though. It would be nice if we could use them on something else. I currently have unlocked all the mystery ylands and have about 900 exploration points at my disposal. Not sure what to do with them and I'm not certain if there is a limit as to how many we can have. The new locations you are referring to are just new random encounters that they can add without having to actually update the game. The random encounters are getting better for certain, but I don't believe it has anything to do with how many points you have accumulated. It would be cool if we could spend the exploration points on special items or at least have a gold exchange rate for them from a vendor. Just a suggestion. @Nikki Severin when you get back from vacation maybe you could mention this?
  17. Chat and naming of pets and choosing usernames is just way too strict. I tried to name my goat "Twinkie" the other day after the delicious yellow cake....apparently that's a banned word? I guess in other countries it's slang for something else. There's also a player that's my friend named oLdSpUnk. You can't whisper to him in chat half the time because apparently his name is banned in chat, but not a banned name? It's mainly the English chat filters that are terrible. I've seen a few people say some pretty raunchy cuss words in Spanish and not get 1 single asterisk.

I think I have a working script somewhere in saved compositions....I'll look around tonight as well. Not tried to use them in a few updates though so something may have changed with the scripts.

    Crafting Tree: Confusion

Are you playing legacy explore? From what I remember you needed a knife to make a wood needle and some yarn to unlock the sewing kit....not a hammer and ax....but it may have changed with the update? All I know is in current exploration if you already unlocked the recipes then you still had the recipes with the update.

    Crafting Tree: Confusion

I didn't have any issue finding the Kayak, Bear Hide armor, or wolf helmet in the crafting menu. Perhaps it is how you search for them? I generally just type what I want to craft and it populates a list of items in the menu.....but I did not try to see if I had a wolf hide for instance and click the "used in" button which also populates a list. I'm not if sure these are recipes that get unlocked with some encounter, but I had the recipes at my disposal.
