    This might look more like what I want it to look like if the stone bricks could be replaced by cobblestone.

    The scenario is as follow... group of stranded build a fence for protection from animals then add a lookout tower. Later they expand the tower to give them better housing and then ......

    As the title says, or try to, placing the cursor over a block in game and pressing "P" (example) and then having the block you have selected copy its exact position/angle. Example: Selected roof tile turn from horizontal to vertical like the same roof tile position you have just placed.

    Placing lots of blocks that need to be in a difficult position can turn into a building pain if you can not always place them all in the same time because of things like, removing hunger, need to make more blocks of that type, block swapping and removing misplaced blocks.

    As there will be a new  game/server  etc after the  0.7 arrival .. griefing  attacks  , and   robbers  plundering   your  base are really a moot point. Its only  temporary   ...  and  what they gain from stealing  will not  help in the  new  update:P

    You craft the key in the blacksmith furnace :D

    Hope you do not have a case of GSS (Grand Sunken Ship) as is sound like you have a pvp server you are playing on. Better keep you head low and vigilance high. :D

    Can  others  pass through  the  PB   wall into your  base? --- and can they remove  stuff  from  containers  inside the  barrier?:|

     

     

    The PB can be passed through it only purpose is to stop people other than the player that placed it from breaking blocks in it.

    Edit: Crafting a key and you can lock you door to the enclosed building and it should be safe........ I think .... not mp player.

    Edit, I went to find the post and as I recalled it was in the sneak peak #45. I had even copied the link to the post to send to a friend via chat just before he found it on his own. Now a search for Feb only shows 2 results. Trust level is slipping.

    @Ane Correct my bad memory if i am wrong, i think you said "early February" right ?

    Thus my bet is on next Friday 9 Feb, any takers .....

    As Kimbuck suggest  the blue crystals gives off a lot of light.  (Have a look at my "beach house night shot in creations to see the effect just a few have.)

    I have also played around a bit with circles, but find the stone slope parts work better for me, just color them brown. The circle i have is only half what you have but can house 3 levels if made a full circle.

    Paint gun and added grass plants should give it a better finish. Good luck. Great attempt so far.

    Kill as needed policy for me. Unfortunately for the mutants that is almost all the time due to the need of ylandium. Leather do not really have a use so i do not bother.

    Maybe i am doing it wrong, but i run around and normally only use the pack if i enter a cavern so as to get to mine roof stuff and get down or up high spots.

    The setup that lets animals run away if they are shot at really make mutants much less dangerous as they all just try to run away .. up the wall once the shooting starts.

    Used the crossbow on this lot and when the bolts ran out the war axe. The war axe is much stronger than the sword, give it a try.
