I died and lost my broken barrier generator because of a glitch, is there a command to cheat one in ??

I amcurrently in the middle of the ocean sailing and every direction I turn it pops up the message stating nothing is in that direction and to turn around. this happens even when facing any direction.

After trying to reinstall the game I got an error from steam saying file locked

I try to launch the game and it stopped when it first popped up saying starting Ylands.

I have the exact problem
