Crashing A LOT

I am still trying to NOT crash, mostly when I open my inventory. Every so often, for no reason, but most often when I open my inventory or a chest or craft.   DxDiag.txt       output_log_clean.tx  toutput_log.txt             

I tried to include what I was told to send, I am not good at all this, but I tried.

It's probably related to this issue with "old" AMD cards:

We are currently in contact with AMD to see if they can provide some help.

In the meantime, I see your drivers are quite outdated, you can try updating them and see if that helps a bit.
