Vendor customizations

make we can change vendor's appearance including:

1.hairstyles

2.facial shapes

3.skin tones

4.headwears

5.tops

6.bottoms

7.footwears

because I don't like vendor's appearance when first spawn in the world so I want to edit his/her appearance

I also would like the option to change vendor's appearance in the future. Some people like to have themes to the places they build, and changing vendors appearance would be quite helpful to keeping the theme. It can look odd if somebody has an ancient egypt theme for instance and a vendor that is wearing blue jeans, sneakers and a leprechaun hat.....as an example.

Perhaps a good way to do this would be when we trade to a vendor, they could equip themselves to the clothes we trade to them as well as be able to sell those clothes?

Well it is annoying, but a work-around is to kill him and spawn a new vendor until he looks how you want. ?

(Also, sorry this solution is so violent.)
