[BUG] Can't Select Items

Began where I had an axe and could not change to any other item. Selecting them on the bar did not change the fact that I was holding axe and it still performed as an axe. Couldn't pick up any object from ground. Eventually could not even change the selected object in the toolbar.

To narrow the issue down - were you in Singleplayer? Were you using a controller or keyboard?

Dedicated server, keyboard and mouse.

Hello Ane,

This same bug has happened to me, on a MP server with mouse and keyboard today. The included screenshot shows that I am holding the fish that I ate already and have selected the fishing rod on my toolbar. What is not so obvious to you is that there was a constant loop of clicking sounds accompanied by the flashing of the big red-lettered warning "Failed"... The only way out of it was to kill myself.
