The reason why they're not in the Explore mode at the moment is simply that their recipes weren't made. But they will be added (perhaps even for the 0.12 update - no promises, though )

Hi Simon! Can you please send us the save file you're having issues with and the following files? output_log and output_log_clean (you can find them in the directory \Program Files(86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ylands\Ylands_Data)
