RESOLVED [YLD-8170] Lose Character and Item after logout

Hi, Today I played for a while and I saved it. When I come back to start, It tells me to create a new Character (I dindn't die), so I didn't do it because I'm afraid to lose all my progress. My File is XEXE.zip I was not inside the protective barrier because I was sailing. I created as well a new game and saved it. I'm not able to load it. It gets stuck at 0% loading. Happy new year
