Game Login Issue

Hello, I just got the game, but when I try to login to play I get this message.

 

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://ylands.com/news/launcher might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

What can I do yo fix it?

I guess you are using the launcher to log in?  YlandsLauncher.exe

What does it say when you click on the link?

What anti-virus do you use?  Did you try disabling it?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you have troubles starting the game. Was it just a temporary issues or is it still happening? If so - does turning off your anti-virus temporarily as @Gracekain suggested make any difference?

i use avast anti-virus, still can login using the launcher

I see. What we should do next is to take a look at the log files that launcher generates - at C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\YlandsLauncher there are two log files - YlandsLauncher.log and YlandsLauncher-previous.log - would you please attach those here? Also, could you please tell us the general location from where you're trying to connect? (country should be probably enough). Thanks!
