Jdtriton 68 Posted February 6, 2018 So tonight I began some work on my Middle Age village and Castle grounds. Here's a little preview for what's to come. Here I began the work on the front gate to the village inside the Castle grounds. Here's a view from the top as I work on the insides of the defense towers. More to come late in the week. Jdtriton 68 Posted February 7, 2018 Thanks. Yea I am taking a break for a bit on my base and decided until they release the next big update I would design some more stuff to upload to the workshop. I got a plan in my head but need to do some real planning first.

Jdtriton 68 Posted February 10, 2018 Just began the slow process of building the Tavern and Inn for the village. The first wall for the upper part of the building turned out better then I thought it would.
Jdtriton 68 Posted February 11, 2018 The Inn is almost done but the roof is going to be real tricky over the bay windows
Jdtriton 68 Posted February 18, 2018 With the new update out I found the roof style that worked for the Inn, and finally finished the Inn.

Jdtriton 68 Posted February 24, 2018 Tonight I began the work on the stable. Got to have some place for visitors to keep their horses. So I found these really cool large doors that kinda looks like the kind you would see in an very old village. An aerial shot of the first floor. Need a place for the stable boy to sleep and live. I really want a watering station for each stall, but until the dev's maybe add something like that, a flower box and a little blue paint will do. Starting to look like something is coming together here, I think.
Jdtriton 68 Posted February 26, 2018 Some more progress on the stable.
Jdtriton 68 Posted February 26, 2018 Decided maybe I should begin a little work on the outside around the village for a change. I started a Cobble stone path and even played around with the water funtion and built myself a little well for the village. Getting water the way I want is really quite a challenge for now.

Jdtriton 68 Posted February 28, 2018 I decide to try a new Roof technique someone showed my on here a while ago, sorry but can't remember who off hand,(thanks anyways whomever) and I think that reminds me of like what a slate roof might look like. What do you all think?
Jdtriton 68 Posted February 28, 2018 (edited) Funny side story, this happen tonight: The Great Flood of my village and the rest of the world And apparently fire now works under water Edited February 28, 2018 by Jdtriton
Eujen 29 Posted March 2, 2018 I have to say that this looks amazing. A medieval village is definitely something cool to explore. Reminds me of all the different worlds we had in minecraft with villages... Just imagining the things we could do now in Ylands, your village being one of it. So good. So keep up the good work! . There's.. one little thing I'd like to add. (I Love how it looks already. don't take me wrong!) But.. aren't the rooms and buildings in general.. a bit oversized? At least it looks that way to me. Though after even more detailing and such it'll look comfier :p. Either way. Great job
