Weather problems

Single player.  I do not have any weather effects.  When I sleep for the night I hear patchy audio of weather such as rain but do not experience any weather at all. I have tried this on three different games, and it is the same for all of them.  The weather sounds start, are cut off quite quickly and then just another sunny day.

And have you lef the first Yland? Because there there is just nice weather.

Is your weather effect in video setting are enable ? because when desable there is no weather at all
