Lamp doesn't shine in inventory when tooltip show

Repro:

1. Run game and start creator mode
2. Open inventory and Creator tab
3. Find Ylandium lamp
4. Hover with mouse over some other item until tooltip is shown.
5. When tooltip exist shine aroud lamp item is not visible.
