RESOLVED Wrong bubble text position with resolution scale

Repro:

1. Run game and start Learn mission
2. First sign post should give you bubble text
3. Go to menu (ESC), configure, graphics
4. Change resolution scale
5. Bubble text moves with the scale (and also new bubbles are also on wrong positions) so overall positioning is wrong
