RedEagle_P1. 905 Posted February 24, 2018 (edited) Which biomes in Ylands have which key resources? Arid has Sulphur. Tropical has Rubber/Bamboo What am I missing? Iron? Clay? Gold? Copper? Saltpeter? Edited February 24, 2018 by RedEagle_MGN
V-Alfred 367 Posted February 24, 2018 I think you should add [Spoilers] on the tittle of this thread. I believe @handofthesly and the others have list for that? It's based on my experience: Saltpeter, Sulphur, Gold, Clay can be find inside cave at any biome except polar biome. Saltpeter (most of the time) is common at temperate biome. Sulfur/Sulphur (most of the time) is common at arid biome. Copper (most of the time) will not or rarely available at starting island. Let me know if I wrote something wrong. RedEagle_P1. 905 Posted February 24, 2018 I thought Sulphur was arid only?
kimbuck 746 Posted February 24, 2018 I have visited temperate and tropical and found on each iron, coal, some copper, once gold on the surface flint and some saltpeter. and clay and flint Sulphur and copper mainly on arid regions ..and sometimes gold in caves or around the edges of cave openings. You can be lucky and find iron and coal together. To a degree it seems Its all depending on the roll of the dice when the islands created..

Struggling to get solid info on which biomes have gold, as it’s mostly in cave systems on polar desert Ylands but I’m sure I’ve found it in other Ylands too. If anyone can validate where they have found gold with screenshots would be awesome and then I could update the wiki pages Edited March 3, 2018 by handofthesly
bojo2736 1016 Posted March 4, 2018 I kind of knew from observation that different things are on different biomes. My question was about totality. In total, will everything you need always be in SP? Somewhere?
Stephenw1992 87 Posted March 4, 2018 if you generate a map in editor then the simple answer is no it won't. if using explore then it will
