When placing scenarios and comps in folders they take 1 full day to show up or dont show up at all. So like if I give a friend a comp they can only put it to use a day later.

I have that experience as well. And the blueprints in game can take a day to become useable.

Could you please elaborate and provide the exact reprosteps? If the game is running when you put those in the folders, if you restart Steam etc.

I'm being told that restarting Steam should fix the issue.

Basically, BB cakes gives John a .ycomp file from her Compositions folder. John puts it in his Compositions folder. The comp does not show in editor. 

Leaving Ylands for 1 hour and coming back fixes it.

We managed to fix this, I'll let you know if the fix can make it into 0.10 (testers need to test that by fixing this nothing else got broken :P)
