RESOLVED Cannot start game - Black screen

Question

Hi
I've been playing on the new patch 0.12 and a couple of times the game crashed while editing a group of welded objects. Now the game loads up with a black screen each time.

I have tried restarting my computer, re-installing Ylands, and I have tried  re-installing steam + Ylands

Hi, in order to delete your saved configuration, first go to Steam\userdata\<your_steam_id>\298610\local\ and delete Ylands.ini.

Next, open registry editor (WIN + R -> regedit), navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bohemia Interactive and delete key Ylands.

That will reset your game to the default configuration.

I had the same problem.  I checked integrity of the files on steam.  Did a computer reboot.  Ultimately it was just time that cleared it up.  I think it just took a bit for the files to load in.
