Constant Game Freezing/Crashes

I'm constantly experiencing game freezes then crashes.  This happens in both single and multiplayer, regardless of map.  I hope you guys can help with this.  Currently the game is nearly unplayable.  Please find attached files.

I'm still crashing randomly.  I've tried reinstalling drivers, the game, etc.  I only get crashes like this with the Ylands client.

It may help the devs if they know your computer specs as well.
