DEV ANSWER Error when launching Ylands, YlandsLauncher.exe has stopped working

Question

Hello, I installed the trial version of YLANDS and attempted to launch the software and received the following error: YlandsLauncher.exe has stopped working.  Shortly afterward, I also received the error: QtWebEngineProcess.exe has stopped working

I reboot the PC and received the same error.  I deleted the YLANDS software and downloaded a fresh copy and installed and reboot the PC and received the same error.  I have attached the DxDiag file.  Is there anything that I may have overlooked in my troubleshooting?

Hi!

Sorry about that. Could you please send us these 2 files so that we can take a look at the issue?

YlandsLauncher.log and YlandsLauncher-previous.log at C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\YlandsLauncher.

Hi,

we have went over the log you sent us and unfortunately it seems that you graphics card doesn't meet the minimum system requirements ( that can be found here here ).
