bear boots make you run faster?

So, I made some bear hide boots randomly, never made them before but it appears they make you run faster than barefoot. Or maybe just any boots? I'll be doing some more exhaustive testing later, but I figured I'd throw this up first to make sure I wasn't saying something that was common knowledge.

Strange, haven’t made those yet but I know Iron boots and armour make you slower and so do flippers on land.

I got um, never used them.. I'll try it too see if I think it is faster. That would be cool if they are

I found a pair.  I was able to outrun a panther.

I haven't tried the bear armour yet, it would be very interesting if they did make you run faster though. Keep us posted if you find anything out.

There are even more boots that make you run faster. You can usually tell from its name or from its picture.
