Opinion: This game is not ready to leave early access
Spyler.X replied to RedEagle_P1.'s topic in General Discussion
I'm not saying that they are not working hard to be able to leave EA. What I do not trust is the acceptance of people about a game with so many mistakes. In the end, it is the public that has the last word and the public lost its head a long time ago. -
Opinion: This game is not ready to leave early access
Spyler.X replied to RedEagle_P1.'s topic in General Discussion
I completely agree with @RedEagle_MGN Since I acquired the title, I have practically left out all the other games and have been testing the possibilities it offers, simply incredible. But he still has many errors that have to be corrected and you have to do too much juggling to have a server. *He who climbs a ladder must start at the first rung.* (Walter Scott) -
This is part of a new project that I have started, I thought it could be useful for you. 1- They open a ditch and flatten the ground in a staggered way starting from the top down. Leave the sea closed so that it does not fill with water while they work. 2- Color to your liking and place some stones. To place objects on large surfaces I use two forms. -Quickly place at random while f repeatedly. This option is the most realistic. - Make a section and copy the elements when you paste in another place, use the option to adjust the terrain. This can be done with the whole set of objects but you will have to retouch if you do not want the repetitions to be noticed 3-Place items such as oyster shells or corals and paint some stones. 4-Implement the vegetation that you like the most and some decorations like drift boats or withered trees. 5- add water and enjoy its beautiful river PS: Some sharks ate beans...

some magic with pixel art I created a Rubik's cube with drivers to handle it It is not the most comfortable in the world but it serves It also serves as a nice table notice for the consumer: can give duplicate problems when trying to delete it I think it has something to do with the number of entities. https://ylands.net/asset/334 I also made a smaller one with matches for decoration

A day with nothing to do, Ylands and a box of matches

oh thanks to you for making this possible -
Hello everyone A few days ago I decided to renew the map of my server, it was generated on a tropical island, I wanted to do something nice in the place of reappearance, so I did a quick search in google and this was the result. I was meditating and I realized that now I had a problem, the islands did not fit well with the rest of the island and I could not leave it that way. Maybe with a bit of vegetation it would have been solved but ... I decided to edit the whole island. This is a long-term project, the idea is to create an edited exploration map of each biome. Since I do not know if it will be compatible with future updates I will focus only on this at the moment. I will edit the central island, in the others I will only add some surprise. That said I have many ideas, but since it will be to share with all of you I would like to know what you would like to find on the map, or if you have any composition that you would like to incorporate, all ideas will be well received. *little spoiler "cemetery of coral"

RESOLVED [YLD-9127] Always at night in the editor and errors in coral textures
Spyler.X posted a question in Bugs & Technical Issues
The map generated in the editor always remains at night. In the indicator it appears as if it is night, when it should be daytime. Sleeping does not solve it. test nitght.rar another small problem is with the textures of the corals are black or are rendered at very close range -

If you already started the game. It appears in the option "continue", there will be the name of the server, a capture of the last place and if it is available or not at that moment
-
The water was added in the exploration mode so that everything remained in place

more ideas for the pixel arts. - It can be used as a challenge. This is very simple but could be created more difficult. Test puzzle workshop https://ylands.net/asset/318 -also could be used to hide a treasure, when the option of blueprints for our compositions is implemented. These could be hidden by the map, to find them all you get the location of the treasure and a nice map for your wall

gg I am very surprised of everything that can be created with this game, it will really be a great game when everything works well

Well do not think about it so much we want to see your wonderful result

Honestly svisketyggeren, I think that calling us smelly is not the solution I also think that you are the typical person who has done nothing in his life but complain behind a screen. So if the textures bother you so much. Start creating some, and we will tell you if we like them. Maybe when they implement the mods you have managed to do something .. Or you can keep playing creativerse haha

I remember having my first computer at age 7 I wanted Play1 but I have to say that my father was right he did well to buy me a PC and two of the first games I had on PC. The lemings in the diquete format still have a list with the keys of the levels and Duke Nukem that was a marvel in those years.

Very nice the details are great I already have the first version in my editor

Overlays not working (+ Question about scaling)
Spyler.X replied to Migelthesloth's topic in General Discussion
hello then to upload an image here you just have to drag it to the text or with the option to attach files that appear below The images can be found in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ userdata \ 146223620 \ 760 \ remote \ 298610 \ screenshots You can also upload your project to the workshop if you want to share the model for that you must create a composition and give it to share in the option of the editor, then you enter the class, you enter my creations and add creation and you follow the steps indicated . The compositions found here C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ userdata \ 146223620 \ 298610 \ remote \ Share \ Compositions The scale option is only functional with the logic of the game If you have any problem do not hesitate to ask -
Well, now I made a diagonal panel and the effect is much better with the right images and moving the panels you could get moving images
-
This is dedicated to ane for being so attentive to us. Also say that I discovered a curious effect that could be achieved with this this is just a test and it has not been very good but the important thing is the idea
-
Thank you, I'm glad you like it. In the workshop they have the panels to create theirs if they do it in the editor is how to paint a picture is very relaxing.

Have patience doing a good job takes time. Some textures can be improved, such as the terrain. But I think that putting photorealistic textures would not do any good to this game. The MP is still very green the first image is the maximum I got to do in a DS before it rebooted. In terms of creativity I have tried several styles and I can say that it is really interesting if it is what you are looking for. Building Land edition Exterior decoration Interior decoration
