Hi, indestructible object and multieditation is not possible now but we want to add it for sure. It is not much user friendly but using compositions can help a little to work with already "almost indestructible" objects. ----- predator respawn: there are simple reproduction rules. No respawn there. Killed animals will not get back to live. Thank you for feedback!

Hi, this is at least for now (and near future) intended. Game logics in save games are in "running state" which is quite different to "template state" stored in scenarios. There is no support for editing them.

Hi, I think that you can use Label game logic for it. 1) Make Label "SwitchOn" 2) On swithing switch perform Change Entity Labels action and add to the switched switch Label "SwitchOn" 3) Add new Event listener. Change "Listen for" to "Labeled entities count changed", select "SwitchOn" label and event Count is equal 4. Hope this helps.

Hi, I am unable to extract that file (I have tried 7zip + 2 online tools). Can you please just rename suffix of the .yland file to .txt? Both comments noted. We will look into it. I agree that selecting more items on ships is now really painful. (if you try to select it, it will select whole ship with everything on it) We have think how to make it easier and not break other features.

" Behaviour of paste depends on your current settings in editor. If you want to keep orientation of copied objects (you do not want to align them with target terrain) then be sure you have set these to options set: "* Something I'd like to see is the possibility to open an exploration or creative save in the editor to be able to place compositions and do other edits. Hopefully you're not concerned with players cheating their singleplayer maps since the only players affected are themselves. " There is already option to edit your save files. Go to File - Open - and switch there to Games: "At the moment the ctrl+left click is not good enough if you have a larger structure and objects you can't reach. " I do not understand how you want it to behave? Can you get me in example? (are you able to get wanted result by creating and placing composition?) " or an infinite grass surface " File -New. However I feel that you probably did not want to hear this. Changing terrain base (infinite grass/nothing/set of ylands) will always result in fresh new map (there is no clever way how to copy stuff from one type to another). If you want to use part of your level in another level then you have to make and use compositions. * The coloring feature is broken. When you color something and save it, the colors will sometimes not be saved. In fact, for me it rarely has. Are you able to reproduce it with defined set of steps? We did not encountered that kind of problem. Maybe something went wrong in your save file. Can you attach it and write what you were trying to color but the color did not save? I filled not mentioned issues to our bug trucker. Just there was nothing to ask at the moment. Do not worry. They were not omitted.

Hi, sorry to hear that. I encountered the issue yesterday while I was editing mine test scenario. There is (slow) workaround. When pressing Play writes errors to you and you are sure that there are not any, just save scenario and reload it. It should work after that. (at least for me it worked) Second option is to wait. There will be small hotfix for this today/tomorrow. ----------------- It is possible that scenario which used to work is not working anymore. It was possible to run it even though there were errors (wrong references to deleted object/undefined references) and it could cause unpredictable behaviour in the game. Now it is not possible to run it. The error report is now very simple and far away from final form. -
Thank you! Fix will be delivered in few days in next update Painting: we will discuss how to improve codex for it. Regarding steam engines on dedicated server. Now I am able to reproduce it. We can fix it now.

Yes, these are the files but they are deleted once you open Ylands again. We know that there is problem that headlights on front mask are black but they seems to be shining correctly (they emit light). Do you have connected energy ports on engines to energy ports of front mask/other appliances? Having both of them on car chassis is not enough. You have to link ports together.

Hi Adrie, I tried it in MP on our dedicated server and it seems working. (Large) car chassis have only 2 color sections. The first one is color of almost whole model(pink in screenshot), the second one is used for details (yellow color). Third section has red cross -> is not used on that model. Paintgun in screenshot is set to second object section (arrow points to color square with number 2) - it can be changed with J/H keys or in radial menu (key E). Which part of this does not work for you? Are you able to change object section? (default one is used for all sections)

You can use action Enable game logic. Leave "enable" option unchecked. You do not have to care about "reset to default" option => it can be used to reset time triggers to initial state.

1) Can you describe it more? Time trigger with Repeat count set may be what you want. 2) Unfortunately not now. It is planned that it will be possible. 3) Positions of Event listeners, Player roles and Time triggers are not relevant. It does not matter.

Hi Mesh333, opened save games (from Exploration or other modes) are not sharable at the moment. It is not planned either. "Pack for sharing" should be disabled. Our mistake. On the other hand it is planned to be able to make a new Game (used to be called Scenario) from your Explore map and then you will be able to share it. Terrain/Play options when editing your save games: The first is disabled because it does not make sense to have it there. There is just option for editing name and description of sharable Games and option for regenerating map which just makes a fresh new map. Maybe name of this option is now a little confusing. The Play button should be there. You are right. + thanks for pointing out issues with file naming. We will look into this too.- 3 replies

Hi, you should find backup saves in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Ylands\Backup\0.22_20170308_%HHMM%\SaveGames. %UserName% is your user name and folder name 0.22_20170308_ will end with time of running an update. Saves created in Explore mod would be named EXPLORE, EXPLORE(2) etc. You can replace corrupted one in C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Ylands\SaveGames. Lukas -

Hi. Of course you can play it on your new computer. Step 1: go to https://store.bistudio.com/products/ylands Step 2: Time limited trial: click on Download for free Step 3: Install it and run it. Step 4: Log in with your account where you bought the game. Now you can play full version with no time restrictions. -
