So you can log in normally the second try? Please send us the following files: output_log and output_log_clean, you can find them in the directory \Program Files(86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ylands\Ylands_Data

We've received many reports on this issue. We're looking into it! Are you able to say what exactly you were doing when this happened? Were you in the protective barrier? Did you sleep? Did you lose internet connection or got a crash?

That used to be like that, but it's no longer possible to connect the accounts!

Yes, that seems to be the issue, unfortunately Ylands (Unity 2018) only supports DX11+.

We managed to fix this.
