Posted on Steam discussions as well as Reddit, and either there's no information on my specific problem, or my GoogleFu is failing me. Installed game a few hours ago, via Steam. Started up, launcher appears, I check my settings + hit play. That's as far as I got. Game went to black screen, mouse cursor has 'loading' anim, and my CPU response drops to bare minimum. I wait five, ten minutes, nothing happens. Clicking, alt-tabbing, pressing any keys bring up the Windows 'X is not responding' dialog, and ask to close/wait. Waiting does nothing, so I do it again and close. Searching the official forums doesn't give me anything useful, all the other black screen/freeze issues are with people who are non-Steam users, or have no trouble with the launcher. I've searched all files/folders relevant to any game installs on this system, there's no YlandsLauncher.exe, and trying to start Ylands.exe brings me round again. I have verified through Steam, says all is correct. Considering a refund. Log files are no help, I've searched the only log file I could find in Ylands_Data, and it says the game has no problem initializing, gives no indication of program failure or closure. System Info: AMD X4 860K 3.9Ghz Unlocked NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB 8GB DDR3 RAM Windows 10 (updated to at least Nov 30) AFAICT latest VC, DirectX, C++ There is no output_log_clean file to upload. Game hangs / freezes when beginning specific saved game load. Does not affect starting a new game. Using latest version. I was playing with a friend who was hosting the Indiana Jones map. Occasionally my hot bar would freeze - I would be unable to use the item in my hand, unable to pick up new items, and unable to change any of the items in the bar. My character still walks around and takes damage as usual, but I am unable to do anything. I have not found a pattern to when this is triggered but it happened multiple times. My friend who was hosting did not have these problems. Exiting to the main menu and jumping back into the map resolved the issues, but it would happen again later on.

I am getting a constant short freeze/lag every few seconds since I installed update 0.14. The frame rate drops to the 30's but I think that is just reflecting the freeze. output_log.txt output_log_clean.txt

Hello. When I want remove "energy beam" from the Energy switch, Node or Street lamp my game freeze and need start again. Destroying the switch or any item connected with that "beam" will help me without freeze. Game version: 0.6.42165 Thank you and I still love this great game output_log.txt DxDiag.txt

I dont think anyone can help me with my topic about my game starting in a little white box en freezing on startup so i make an other one in here with the qeustion How do i ge tthe config screen back when you open te game. My game freezes on start up. So i cant find an option folder, and reinstalling the game and i even reinstalled steam didnt do the job... the game did work just fine when it wasnt on steam on the free alpha. Sorry for my english.
