I mentioned this in the update thread, but I figure this bug is worth its own since it affects exploration so much. After starting a new game after the update, I built my Large Ship as usual. When I grabbed the helm to sail it, the compass widget is missing from the upper right of the screen, and the Ylander does not animate as if he is grabbing the wheel. I have logged off the server several times, and restarted the game several times (including to sleep last night). There is no change. The compass is present when sailing the Boat, which I used to get off the spawn island. The issue is present for me on both online MP, and offline SP. (I tried it in Creative mode last night.) I've attached the logs from my brief online session this morning. I have figured out a temporary workaround, so navigation is not completely dead for now. I look at my map to see what direction I'm facing, unlock the ship's camera and point it the direction I want to go, then start moving and line up the ship with the camera. It's clumsy, but it will serve the purpose until this is fixed. output_log.txt output_log_clean.txt

I've tried all the amounts of coyns(1000/2200/4800) and recieved a similar error looks like below. I want to buy some coyns to claim blueprints, that's really cool. Hope you can fix this as soon as possible.

Reinstalled my Ylands server today and i need a token to start it up but when i click create token it just gives me the msg" You don't have any tokens at the moment" please help

I was trying to upload my a simple creation on workshop but I got this error instead. I've tried with both chrome and mozilla got the same error.

Played Ylands today in the morning from 9 to ~9:30 (Berlin). Then there was an update of the server. Since then i dont get the server started- What I tried together with the GPORTAL Support so far: 1. Generated a new token -> server not responding 2. Support moved my server to other cloud -> server not responding 3. Got Save File via FTP, deleted all Files, reinstalled server and startzed fresh without loading up the savegame, generated a new token -> server not responding Any ideas? Wanted to play on my free day....

I can not play the game suddenly today. Yesterday I was able to play on the PA server. However, I can not put anything · Because I pass through the ship I stopped. output_log.txt

BUG : Blue Pigment has incorrect label VERSION : 0.8.0.47255 PLATFORM : Steam (Windows 10) ISSUE : While exploring a Discovered Building (Red and White Lighthouse) I came across a stack of blue pigment and it was labelled "_BLUE PIGMENT". The leading underscore was not expected and is probably a spelling mistake.

so got on today on an official server i have been playing. i seem to be floating but i am stuck, cant go swim or cant fly away. but can place dirt????? I suspect im inside my recently built yatch but i cant see it as it may have not rendered??(its on the bigger size) re-logging has not worked and i am afraid to stay online due to starvation out at sea. Pic shows me apon signing in and standing on whats not there, minus a bit of dirt. Im not sure about the save file but it is on an official server close by my base that i hope to keep disclosed of its location.

When you load up your game and are still sitting on the raft, the compass doesn't show up in the top right corner. Only after exiting the raft and then controlling it again.

Whilst playing MP it was noticed that the time of day cycled from 7:53 am to 7:59 am! Talk about long days! The other players on our DS noticed it too.

I am having a issue when ever I open the game I get a notice saying Fatal Error login and then it closes the game when I hit okay. Is there any way to fix this?

I was building a kind of large structure from ice and windows, when the editor crashed. The save is unused apart from this build and it's only been ice/glass windows so far. I'm not sure if it's due to the ice effects or amount of blocks but it's crashed before when building this (without using a composition) and now I can now basically crash the game by adding a composition of the stair segments (ice walls/ceiling with window steps, nothing else) with I made there earlier in the session. If I have options set to hide or show game/water/plants etc it doesn't make a difference, I can still consistently cause the CTD. RAM usage stays lower than I've had it in the past, it just freezes and doesn't recover, I can cause it any time by continuing the build, with or without composition. My games keeps crashing when I start to play. Sometimes lasts for a couple o minutes, other times it's just seconds. Don't have any idea what could be happening and it's very frustating. Attached the log file. Thanks!! error.log

Adding NPC to explore world save corrupts that save.

I understand the decision to require 5 magic dust. However, why increase the plants to 30. That does nothing to limit the potions availability or to balance the game. It just makes us have to waste game time by harvesting and replanting six times as many plants. NOW; to my amazement, when sing a potion with the kiln I was very disappointed to see that the potion no longer insta-crafts. Instead, all it does is to reduce the craft time from one minute to 20 seconds. One nerf or the other would have been fine, but BOTH seems very harsh... guess it’s back to ruining builds by having several of each crafting Station

The map generated in the editor always remains at night. In the indicator it appears as if it is night, when it should be daytime. Sleeping does not solve it. test nitght.rar another small problem is with the textures of the corals are black or are rendered at very close range

Hi! I was playing Ylands regularly til yesterday. Today i opened the game, but when i entered in my world, i found everything black! A black screen, just the UI on the monitor. I hear sounds, i hear my character walking, but i don't see anything. Same thing opening other game saves, and opening games from the editor too! Everything is see is a black screen with UI. I am attaching pictures of the game... while in the world, on the opening title, and in the saved games selection, where the thumbnails are correct though. The log files too. What happened? I didn't change settings or hardware or anything else, i just received the download of the recent patch on Steam output_log.txt output_log_clean.txt

Okay, I'm grateful that the whole "Host Unreachable" thing has been removed because it's annoying to see that error and not know what causes it. But I'm still having trouble connecting to my friend in multiplayer. Once I got connected it gave out the Network Layer Error (2) message and when I try to reconnect it's like a dice roll whether or not I can join his game. I know it's not my internet because when I do manage to connect, we can play Ylands with little to no latency, it when you disconnect or reconnect that the problem starts. Also, total newb here, how do I post my game's log? I know that has useful info on it. I really wanna play with my friends

Hey I just got new error report with crash.dmp and error.log in it (Maybe just new directory(?)). Its located in "C:\Users\..\AppData\LocalLow\Bohemia Interactive\Ylands\Crashes" Long story short, My character got propeller pack bug, I tried "/killme" command to kill myself and see if it will fix the propeller pack issue somehow, but nope. The result is game breaking. When /killme command executed, my screen become grey but my character is freeze, can't do anything or move and dead screen don't show up. So I decided to re-login to the server, after that dead screen show up, I clicked "New Character", create character menu show up, but after that menu, my screen just flickering, if I press alt+F4 the crash notification show up.. I tried twice so I have 2 crash report. Here: Crashes.rar [Update] Oh well technically the menu does something, but not like what I was expected..

When you are riding on your horse at full speed and switch to first person, then switch back to third person and start spamming W or/and space bar the camera will zoom really far out. I think this happens because the game still thinks you are in first person, because you can't use the option to re-align the camera anymore. In the gif the effect is not that extreme but I've seen the camera go even further than this.

Hi! After the update, making Craftsman's Potion doesn't seem to work anymore. I have 30 Quinoa and 5 Magic dust and more than one flask, plus Alchemy Table - everything there, but it always tells me Missing Required Material. Does anyone else have this problem?
