My friend and I kept glitching off of our ship when it was moving decently fast. It would lag a little bit and then we would fly through the railing on the ship.

After taming a horse and mounting it and riding it my controls were wonky after dismounting. For example, I could no longer look sideways with my mouse. and turning with keyboard keys became super sensitive. A light tape on the "D" key would sometimes turn me a full half-circle. Again in this situation I was not the one hosting.

Was told to resubmit here: I haven't tried with solo play but when i joined my friends room i drowned because I didn't see my breath bar. In multiplayer, the map doesn't save on clients. Every time I rejoin the game, the map gets reset. This doesn't appear to affect the host. This is almost game-breaking to me because not being able to progress my map exploration is such a letdown. Please prioritize this highly.

Game crashes when enough recipes are gathered and you have to search/scroll to find items to craft. Really like the game but this makes it really hard to play the games plz fix as soon as possible:)

On occasion (almost exclusively when near land) a large square portion of the sea will disappear. The area still reacts accordingly but there is no graphical indication of the surrounding area. Best comparison is to minecraft when a chunk does not load. You can tell that an area will have the issue as the water does not flow the same as the surrounding water (for example if there is a storm) and is slightly lower. These spots will remain indefinitely (the two I came across have not corrected even with a reset) and can be moved through freely.

Hi, I hosted a Game and a friend connected but then his internet crashed. His Player stayed on my Server and I can't build on him. I could kill the leftover player but now the player lays dead on the ground. I belive im the king of buggs. First i fell down to the void true the water and ofc i died, i made a New character and started, and ny old guy stands on the beach Alive? So i killd him and took my stuff, and now i cant Open my chests or leave the boat if i mount it? I have restarted the game but still the same, i can do everyting in other savings.. strange

My game sounds are working perfectly fine, but that is the only thing that is currently working when I launch the game. It's as if it is not launching my game but i do hear the music from the menu. Anyone with the same issue or related to mine? I already tried launching steam in admin mode, veryfing game files, restarting pc. Everything used to work just fine before the last update. Current version where problem occured: Version: 0.6.41974

Hi, I placed a metal container in the center of my large ship. When going into first person mode and walking into the metal container (side to side) the whole ship rocks violently. I've tested it against Pirate containers too and it has the same effect.

there is a save option that pops up when you close your game save right? i clicked save yesterday, and opened it again ot play today, and everything i did yesterday is gone, is this some type of bug? or is there another way to save a game?

Every time i die, I have one of two options.. "main menu" or "new game".. I don't respawn in the the world with nothing on starting island with the ability to retrieve my old body like in previous versions. Instead when I try to continue, I simply load the save point of my death. Please advise!

I was really anxious about this game.The game went very well for a couple of hours.I decide to go to dinner and close the game, when Ireturned I load the game I had all my inventory but everything that I built was not there. My house, my ship,my crafting stations. , WTF?Is this a common bug or a weird one.I know that the game is in alpha, but man this sucks

I have noticed that I have all the materials need to craft something but it recipe is not showing in the crafting menu. For example I have a wooden needle and some yarn but I cannot create a sewing kit, and another example I have a pencil and a blank piece of paper yet I cannot create a map. I knew what was needed for those items as I check via the wiki, I assume this is a bug.

Hello guys, sorry i couldn't expain the issue better in the title, here is a decription of what happend: Everything started after i was in my ship with my horse and i got stuck (probably because of land underneath me, or because of the horse hitting the ship as this guy said here). I left the wheel and tried to see what's happening, some sharks were attacking the boat (with the jittery animation) i tried to use the wheel again to unstuck the ship but i noticed that as the ship was moving the horse was "floating" above the deck and moving to the opposite direction of the ship, like it wasn't attached to the ground anymore (before that happend i was traveling with the horse standing on the ship without this issue), when i moved my ship enough the horse was floating in the air above the water, i went back to "pick it up", i mounted it and moved a bit but i couldn't use the ship anymore because the horse would always be "floating" and moving outside of it. I tried to mount it again and i fell into the water with the horse, then i insta died from the sharks (5-6 of them). I made a raft and went there to rescue my items but when i clicked release control the raft controls were stuck on the left of the screen and i couldn't see my hotbar. Shark killed me, built a new raft, grinded for new armor and items but the same happend again, as soon as i reached the area and released the raft controls. Built a new raft and this time i went to main menu and back to the game, now i could use my inventory items i tried to kill the shark and then i jumped to find my items, new shark appears, instadead. New raft, new gear, back to the same area, main menu and back to the game and this time i used the ladder to go up to the ship i used the wheel and the controls bug happend again i couldnt release the ship. Back to main menu, back to the game and i tried to sleep, i was hungry i tried to eat but only the eat animation happend, i opened the inventory and i had less berries in there than the hotbar. I tried to open a whicker basket but only the sound of it was happening, i couldn't open it, i couldn't eat, i couldn't sleep, i couldn't use the wheel. Closing the game completely and coming back everything is the same and if i use the wheel the controls keep getting stuck and need the main menu and back to be able to release them but everything else is now always stuck (eating, using the baskets etc) and i can't do anything. Is there any hope to fix the save file or its doomed and i have to start over? In the first screenshot the horse is "left behind" floating in the air as you can see in the second screenshot that i "picked it up" by moving the boat to where it was. The next screenshot shows the stuck controls on the raft and the last one the food issue with the unmatching numbers between the hotbar and the inventory. The output files are from the last time i closed the game to try everything again and record the video, if you want the previous output files from the previous time i closed the game i have kept those as well.

Returning to the game an hour or two after I was on it last and I loaded into my game but a lot of my progress was lost, so I returned to the main menu and I deleted my game save as I was a bit mad about losing 2 hours of progress but when I deleted the save another save replaced it but this save was 3 minutes after the save I just deleted, I then continued to delete my saves and each time the time was increasing by 3 which means my save is there somewhere but my game is not loading my latest save.

I do not have the best laptop, but the game should work for me. It does not matter which settings I choose, my gameplay remains black. Have taken screenshots of it and also uploaded to my profile. Can someone help me with what is possibly to stop, so that I can play?

My map seems to have glitched out a bit. There's one tile where it has duplicated the original area when the map was first created and pasted over the top of another area further North West. Dropping the map and picking it back up doesn't do anything, neither does restarting the game. Bizzare.

Just noticed that the username that shows up on both the main menu and the coyn shop is really really weird for me. Have a look at this! What does it mean? It should just say handofthesly which is my Steam username (has recently changed from hannibal). Has it got something to do with the original standalone launcher and save files? If you know how to get it to just show my normal username would be awesome

Not sure if some of these are intentional but didn't see any mention of them on quick scan through of forums. when against anything (ground, bush tree) and you rotate the camera so you would be "Technically", looking through the object the view glitches into the ground(or object) and shakes on 80+ FOV burnt out fires show inventory but cant take from it. dying mid bow animation glitches the chars hands to like its holding a full drawn bow on respawn, fixes upon reloading into game constant humming when using a pick

Hi everyone! Everytime I try to play I have this bug; The mousse start spinning right after respawning, I always have a controller pluged in, but never had this bug on previous versions of the game. Tried to plug out the controller, still spinning. Restarted with the controller out, still spinning. So, is not the controler, nor the mousse as everything is fine, just when I spawn, the bug begins, and it's impossible to play. Any help, please? Thanks!

I have downloaded the Ylands launcher, but it will not download updates. It says Download Failed Ylandslauncher.exe Createylandsdirectories.exe

I was trying to join @A3_Melle's server since we have a little co-op kind of thing going but he recently put a password on it to prevent others from joining and this means I can no longer join(I know the password to the server dont worry ). The screenshot should provide enough information. Unfortunately if you click "Back" in this situation (2nd screenshot occurs) you will be forced to quit the game OR spam ESC + LMB and RMB. When playing as a guest on a friends server, stepping foot on our ship causes the inability to move normally or sometimes at all when stepping back on land. We've come to call it sea-legs. I've embedded a YouTube video of this happening which shows how movement is effected for the guest after disembarking. The only button pressed after leaving the ship is 'w' and this just spins the character on the spot and sometimes will move them forwards in a zig-zag motion. It should be noted that it happens only to the guest playing, and we have tried it with each one of us hosting and every time the guest always gets sea-legs. output_log.txt

Before I get into it, I just want to mention how great of a game this is and how much potential I see in it. Important note: This error only happens if you are a guest on a server. This bug only occurs when you step on the deck of the boat. I have yet to play single player but I doubt this bug appears there. This error occurs in all platforms. Explore, Creative and in the "More Games" option. What the error is: When you're on a boat, the game-play is uninterrupted. As soon as you get off the boat your character starts bugging out. It's kind of hard to describe but for example the walk animation remains when you enter water. My attempts: I've tried many different ways of getting on the ship. Using the propeller pack to fly onto the ship Jumping from a higher elevation onto the ship but the error persists Tried using the ladder up and down the ship Leaving and joining the game. Suicide Falling from a high elevation to break my legs and go unresponsive Some solution to this 1) die and select "respawn as a new character" since simply dying is not enough for fixing this issue 2) Creating a new account
